My name is Andrea, and I design and handcraft unique, dream jewelry pieces for you.

I am a jewelry artist and designer creating one-of-a-kind jewelry. My pieces are not mass-produced — they are custom-made in small exclusive quantities. This ensures that every piece is as unique as the woman who chooses it. My jewelry is for all women who walk their own path and wear their uniqueness with pride.

Beads and beaded adornments have existed for more than fifty thousand years and were created in nearly every culture. Back then, they primarily symbolized power and wealth, served as a form of communication, and were also believed to possess magical and protective qualities.

It may sound like a designer cliché, but ever since childhood I loved transforming and creating everything according to my own taste. Like every little girl, I adored exploring my mother’s jewelry box...

I grew up in a small town in eastern Slovakia, near Košice.

I inherited my creativity and skills from my parents and my grandmother, who was a talented seamstress and passionate crocheter. At that time, there were nowhere near as many possibilities as today, so my mother mostly sewed and knitted our clothes herself, while my father painted artworks. Growing up in such a creative environment, it was only natural to find my own path toward artistic self-expression.

Already in elementary school, I customized and redesigned everything to match my own style — embroidering, knitting, crocheting, and altering my clothes. In the late 1990s, at a summer camp, I discovered bead weaving, and that was the moment I fell in love with beadwork. As a self-taught artist, I gradually learned various techniques, including bead weaving, peyote stitch, bead wirework, and creating simple hand-sewn necklaces.

At just thirteen years old, I was already making beaded necklaces, accessories, and traditional beaded collars for friends and acquaintances. At the time, my possibilities were very limited — magazines with patterns and Czech glass beads could only be found in Hungary. For a short time, I also danced in a folklore ensemble, which deeply influenced the way I perceive this traditional craft.

Even during my grammar school years, I could never sit still without creating something. I knitted original pieces, embroidered, and sewed. I was constantly experimenting with new techniques and making unique accessories for myself that were quite unusual at the time.

My creative journey paused for a longer period after finishing grammar school and beginning university studies. I graduated in History from the Faculty of Arts. Life led me through many valleys and along many different paths.

And then, one day, everything changed again...

In May 2011, while visiting a craft market on a Sunday, I came across a beaded pendant with a crystal in the center, surrounded by the most perfect beads I had ever seen. It was absolutely mesmerizing. I could not suppress my creative spirit anymore, so I searched and discovered Japanese beads — and immediately ordered them. That was the moment I returned to beadwork and began creating again.

And I must admit something funny — I never actually recreated the pendant that inspired my return to jewelry making :D

Today, I design and combine different techniques to create original jewelry according to my own artistic vision. My jewelry has found its owners abroad as well — I have created bridal earrings and sets that traveled to Finland, Switzerland, the Maldives, Romania, Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and even Canada.

I have collaborated with models, photographers, and influencers. I also closely cooperate with a professional makeup artist and love working with the fashion brand Dyona, which designs and creates beautiful bridal and evening gowns.

I have my own e-shop, and you can also find my jewelry at bridal exhibitions and folklore festivals — follow my Instagram to discover more ;)

I think I dreamed about having my own brand from the very beginning, when I realized people truly loved my jewelry. But it took time to find the courage to turn that dream into reality.

All jewelry pieces are designed and handmade in Slovakia. I am both the designer and the maker, meaning every single step passes through my hands — from the initial idea and creation process to the final product photography.

My inspiration comes from the surrounding world, historical jewelry pieces, vintage bridal portraits, and of course contemporary fashion design.
