Personal Data Protection and Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The Client voluntarily provides personal data to the Intermediary as the data controller in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on amendments to certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

The Intermediary is authorized to process the Client’s personal data to the extent of:

first and last name,

email address,

phone number,

residential address,

for the purpose of operating the Website, particularly for providing these data to the Service Provider.

If any provided personal data are not necessary for achieving the purpose of processing, the Client declares that they have been informed of this fact and agree to the processing of such data as well.

The Client agrees that the Intermediary may provide and disclose the Client’s personal data — namely first and last name, phone number, and address — to the Service Providers from whom the Client purchases goods, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the Agreement, as well as for the Service Provider’s marketing and advertising purposes.

The Intermediary has informed the Client that without consent to the provision of personal data according to the previous sentence, it is not possible to provide the services under the Agreement.

The Client agrees to receive information and newsletters from the Intermediary and the Service Provider related to their services via the Client’s provided address.

4.

The Client’s consent pursuant to Sections 1 and 3 of this article remains valid until the Client withdraws such consent. Consent may be withdrawn in writing or by email.

5.

The Intermediary is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of members or websites hosted through the Intermediary’s services.
