The foundation of these earrings is handmade lace created from exclusive original Zari Zardozi thread, produced in India from genuine sterling silver (Ag925).

Zardozi is a type of intricate embroidery traditionally used in the making of saris — created with metallic gold or silver threads on silk, satin, or velvet fabric.

Creating these earrings takes me at least 7 hours. First, I handcraft the lace into the desired shape using a special silver-coated thread that I order directly from India. Once the lace is completed, I embroider it with tiny Swarovski and Preciosa crystals and Swarovski pearls. After several more hours, I add sterling silver hoops and pins so I can attach the hanging Swarovski pearls. The final step is the finishing process — I hand-sew another matching lace piece onto the back side of the earrings so they look perfect and sparkle beautifully from every angle.

The earrings are embroidered with white Japanese Toho beads, white Swarovski pearls, Swarovski crystals in Crystal shade, and feature a Czech Preciosa crystal in the center together with a white Swarovski teardrop pearl. All components are made from sterling silver Ag925 — including the stud fastening, pins, and hoops — making them suitable even for sensitive ears.

Swarovski is changing its strategy and ending the worldwide sale of individual beads and jewelry-making components. Because of this, I can create only a limited number of these earrings.

A Swarovski pearl is an imitation pearl created using Swarovski crystal technology, resulting in an exceptionally realistic pearl appearance. Thanks to the crystal core covered with multiple layers of nacre, it has a more luminous look than other pearl imitations. They are also relatively easy to care for — washable, resistant to sweat and perfumes, and scratch-resistant.

The earrings are incredibly lightweight and sparkle beautifully from every side…
